Promotion shown incorrectly in the package price summary (CEE-934)

Fixed package search Price Summary for per-person package promotions with multiple rooms: promotion and tax are now allocated per room by occupancy (from the API), not split evenly. Per-room, per-person, tax, and total amounts now match the package total.
