Custom field "Days" on Price Model is not updating based on the formula [Regression] (KT-14359)

Fixes a regression where the Days custom field on Price Model itineraries was no longer calculating correctly. After enabling itinerary smart dates, the Days formula (which depends on Travel Start Date and Travel End Date) was returning incorrect values such as 1 or -233 instead of the actual itinerary length in days. The fix restores correct date calculation for Price Models and Operational Itineraries so the Days field once again reflects the true span of the itinerary.
