Closing Book Services and Cancel Services modals runs Skip on failed and pending services (CEE-22)

Closing Book Services modals (clicking “Done”) and Cancel Services modals (closing the window with “x“) on Pending or Failed services will now run the “skip“ button logic.

Do not clear the Connect Reservation Id on live services when skipping an error (CEE-23)

We fixed an error with Live Services that cleared the Connect Reservation ID. This happened when users skipped an error during confirmation. Now, skipping errors will not clear the ID.

We have fixed an amendment merging issue, which was causing a heap size error.
