Issues with launching Package Search with a flow when tax profile is not set

When an itinerary was created from package search in the context of Contact or an Account, tax profile was always set to default in the global settings, regardless of what was set on the account record. This is now fixed and the itinerary will be created with a tax profile defined on the account if one exists.
