Fix for an issue when user can’t save travel dates in Price model

Timezone issue on Inventory Contract Creation (KT-14326)

Fixes a timezone-related bug in the Inventory Upsert modal where date strings displayed and validated in the package-departure inventory flow were shifted by a day for users whose browser timezone differed significantly from UTC (e.g. San Francisco). The "date will be created" message now shows the correct local date, preventing spurious "date cannot be in the past" validation failures when adding a departure from the Group Tour → By Package Departure Inventory tab.

Inventory Table pagination skips tour departures (KT-14365)

Fixed an issue where pagination did not work correctly in the Inventory Table when grouped by Tour Departure or Package Departure
